Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Have prior experience in radio presenting, broadcast technology, journalism, photography, videography, or marketing depending on the role.

Role‑specific expectations:

News / Programme Presenters: Deliver engaging news and entertainment programs in Dholuo.

Studio Technician Assistant: Support technical operations, audio equipment, and studio setup.

ICT & Broadcast Technology Assistant: Manage IT systems, broadcast equipment, and digital platforms.

Videographer & Photographer: Capture visual content for radio promotions and events.

Sports Journalist & Commentator: Cover sports news and provide live commentary.

Marketing & Community Engagement Agents: Drive outreach, advertising, and community relations (commission‑based).
