Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s depending on the role).
Have prior experience in technical training, vocational education, or industry practice depending on the position.
Demonstrate strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills.
Be familiar with TVET frameworks, competency‑based training, and Ministry of Education standards.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Karumo TTI’s mission of advancing technical and vocational education in Meru County.
Role‑specific expectations:
Technician II – Bakery: Support bakery operations, practical training, and student skill development.
Automotive Trainer: Deliver automotive engineering training, practical workshops, and industry‑aligned instruction.
Textile, Fashion & Design Trainers: Teach design, garment construction, and textile technology.
Textile, Fashion & Design Technician: Provide technical support, equipment handling, and practical demonstrations.
