IT Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive IT Executive to join our team. The role involves managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure while also supporting digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure (networks, servers, printers, software, and security).
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for staff.
• Ensure data backup, system updates, and IT security compliance.
• Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO basics).
• Create simple marketing visuals and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT and marketing requirements.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, and accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva required; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
