Position 1: Accountant

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Position 2: IT Support

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support professional to maintain our technology infrastructure and provide end-user assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff across hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents promptly
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and backups
• Assist in IT asset management and procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified preferred
