4Direction is urgently hiring an experienced IT Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth performance of the company’s technology systems.
This role is suitable for an IT professional with strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud platforms, and Odoo ERP. The successful candidate will also coordinate with external vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues.
• Manage servers, cloud environments, backups, and IT security.
• Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including bug fixes.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and external service providers.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, troubleshooting, and system support for Odoo ERP.
• Coordinate with Odoo developers and vendors for system updates, customizations, and integrations.
Requirements:
• 3 years of UAE experience is preferred.
• Good experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud technologies, and Odoo ERP.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and server management.
• Odoo ERP administration, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Cloud systems, IT security, backups, and vendor coordination
