Job Title: IT Support Administrator

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage network security, administer systems, and provide essential helpdesk support to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage network and Internet security – Monitor and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to protect company data.
• Administer IT systems and infrastructure – Oversee servers, storage, and software deployments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide user and helpdesk support – Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users in a timely manner.
• Manage system access and user accounts – Create, modify, and deactivate accounts in Active Directory and other systems, enforcing security policies.
• Protect company data and systems – Implement backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and security patches.
• Monitor IT assets, systems and service providers – Track inventory, performance metrics, and vendor SLAs to optimise operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a support and IT administration role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Cisco Networking, or Internet Security certification.
• Proficiency in Windows applications and operating systems (desktop and server environments).
