Description:
A company based in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice Assistant to support its finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates with prior UAE experience who have a strong understanding of invoicing, billing, and basic accounting tasks.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Verify payment details and follow up on pending payments when required.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and data entry activities.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records and reporting.
• Support the finance team with administrative and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of UAE experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting functions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
