Role Overview
This position supports agricultural and food-related work using practical training in a relevant technical field. The successful candidate will bring a recognized diploma and the required secondary-school qualification for appointment to the grade.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply relevant agricultural, horticultural, food technology, or home economics knowledge to assigned duties.
- Support practical activities related to the role’s technical area.
- Use training gained through a recognized diploma programme to carry out work appropriate to the grade.
- Contribute to tasks within the scope of the candidate’s relevant qualification.
- Follow applicable procedures and instructions when completing assigned work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of C- (minus), or an equivalent qualification.
- A diploma from a recognized institution in Agriculture, Food Technology, Agriculture and Home Economics, Agriculture Education, Horticulture, or another relevant and equivalent field.
