Marketing Designer

Role Overview

As a Marketing Designer with Harmony Medical Group, you’ll create visual materials that help communicate the group’s healthcare services and connect with patients across digital and print channels. Your work will support marketing campaigns, clinic events, and patient engagement, while keeping the organisation’s visual identity consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Develop campaign and event visuals suited to healthcare audiences and patient engagement activities.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across print and digital communications.
• Prepare and refine images for use in marketing materials.
• Assist with video content production and basic editing when needed.
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative assets for planned promotions.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver finished work to agreed deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant professional design experience.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and marketing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles, brand identity, and social media content creation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise work across concurrent deadlines.
• Canva experience and basic video editing skills are an advantage.
