Description:
Fundamental Hospitality is expanding its Head Office team and is looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its Dubai operations. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with a strong background in the UAE hospitality industry and a passion for employee engagement, compliance, and delivering an outstanding workplace experience.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, payroll administration, visa processing, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE employment regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DIFC regulations, and company policies.
• Support payroll processing, WPS administration, HRIS management, and visa-related procedures.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to creating a positive employee experience across the organization.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law, employment contracts, and employee relations.
• Experience with payroll processing, WPS, HRIS, and visa procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Payroll, WPS, and HRIS systems.
• Employee relations and visa processing.
