A growing organization in Dubai is urgently looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across the Forex and BPO sectors. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in international hiring, bulk recruitment, and sourcing multilingual talent across multiple regions.
The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process for Forex and BPO positions.
• Source, attract, and hire qualified professionals across multiple international markets.
• Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining hiring quality.
• Lead multilingual recruitment initiatives to support global business operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Forex recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong background in BPO recruitment and high-volume hiring.
• Demonstrated experience in multilingual recruitment across diverse regions.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
