Role Overview
This position places you at the heart of daily HR operations, where you will handle everything from attendance and payroll to employee discipline and welfare. You act as the bridge between the company and the client, ensuring that staffing needs, safety standards, and performance expectations are consistently met. Your work keeps the workforce engaged, compliant, and operationally aligned with the client’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records and process payroll from start to finish, ensuring timeliness and correctness.
- Manage disciplinary proceedings and guide managers on fair, consistent employee relations practices.
- Oversee the issuance, replacement, and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to uphold workplace safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate employee welfare initiatives that support morale, retention, and a healthy work culture.
- Hold regular meetings with client representatives to review performance, resolve issues, and align on operational priorities.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and arrange relevant professional development programs.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, facilitating clear and timely communication on all HR-related matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in HR administration, with exposure to payroll and employee relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with employees at all levels.
- Well-developed interpersonal abilities to handle sensitive matters diplomatically and build trusted relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and standard office software such as spreadsheets and word processing tools.
