HR Recruiter

Role Overview

Infinity Realty is hiring an HR Recruiter to support staffing across its real estate business from its Dubai Investments Park location. You’ll manage hiring activities from finding potential applicants through interview coordination, helping hiring managers identify suitable candidates while keeping applicants informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates through appropriate recruitment channels for open positions.
• Review applications, assess candidates against role requirements, and prepare shortlists.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules between applicants and hiring managers.
• Keep candidates updated as they move through the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Work with hiring managers to understand vacancies and support selection decisions.
• Contribute to related HR activities and help provide a clear, respectful candidate experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment; experience in real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and HR processes.
• Ability to evaluate applicants and identify candidates suited to a vacancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good organisation and time management, with the ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
