HR Operations Manager

About the Role:

Property Shop Investments (PSI) is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for a strong HR professional with deep knowledge of UAE labour laws and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Provide expert guidance on UAE labour regulations, HR policies, and procedures
• Oversee employee relations, contracts, and HR documentation
• Lead daily HR operations and support strategic HR initiatives
• Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational needs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Enhance HR processes and improve employee experience

Requirements:

• 7–9 years of relevant HR experience
• 3-4 years leadership experience
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Proven UAE experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding
• Real estate industry experience (preferred)
• Confident, structured, and able to work independently
