About the Role:
Property Shop Investments (PSI) is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for a strong HR professional with deep knowledge of UAE labour laws and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Provide expert guidance on UAE labour regulations, HR policies, and procedures
- Oversee employee relations, contracts, and HR documentation
- Lead daily HR operations and support strategic HR initiatives
- Partner with management on workforce planning and organizational needs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Enhance HR processes and improve employee experience
Requirements:
- 7–9 years of relevant HR experience
- 3-4 years leadership experience
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Proven UAE experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding
- Real estate industry experience (preferred)
- Confident, structured, and able to work independently
