Key Responsibilities

  • Validate payroll calculations and related system outputs for accuracy.
  • Test benefits enrollment workflows, including employee selections and coverage records.
  • Check eligibility rules and confirm they are applied consistently to the relevant employee groups.
  • Review employee and employer contribution calculations, including retirement plan matching.
  • Assess payroll and benefits software functionality and document unexpected results or defects.
  • Use Excel to review, compare, and analyze payroll and benefits data.
  • Support QA activities such as testing, validation, and system reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the PEO industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting U.S. payroll.
  • Strong experience in benefits administration, including employee and group benefits, enrollments, eligibility rules, contributions, and retirement plans.
  • Experience working with payroll or benefits software.
  • QA, testing, validation, or system review experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and advanced English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, test automation, or AI tools for testing and productivity is a plus.
