Rentokil Boecker is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The role focuses on supporting daily HR operations while maintaining compliance and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and management of employee documentation
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and personal details
- Support HR processes, including contracts, renewals, and Performance Development Reviews (PDRs)
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
- Provide support in employee relations and respond to HR-related queries
