  • Maintain current, accurate job descriptions for every role and help shape the annual staffing plan and organisational structure to match strategic needs.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, Sacco policies, and industry standards, monitoring changes in regulations and taking corrective action when gaps are identified.
  • Conduct meaningful exit interviews, capture insights, and present trends and recommendations to the CEO to reduce turnover and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering employee matters, flag issues early, and propose quarterly improvements that increase departmental efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, focusing on resilience, motivation, and long-term career growth in a mission-driven financial environment.

  • Solid knowledge of statutory employment requirements, compliance obligations, and current labour legislation affecting financial service employers.
