Description:
Fruitful Day is looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals seeking a flexible work schedule while taking ownership of all human resources functions within a growing and people-focused organization.
The successful candidate will lead the company’s HR operations independently, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and HR administration. The role is expected to begin in September 2026 and requires approximately 20 hours of on-site work each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s HR function independently.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
• Handle visa-related HR processes and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR policies.
• Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance to management on people-related matters.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Estimated).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and visa procedures.
• Ability to independently manage HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience working in a standalone HR role is preferred.
