HR Manager – Al Ain | Private Sector

We are working closely with a well-established private sector organisation in Al Ain to appoint a senior-level HR Manager who will lead and manage the complete HR function while supporting the company’s continued growth and development.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong UAE market exposure, particularly within consultancy, business setup, or professional services environments. The position requires a hands-on yet strategic HR leader who can confidently partner with senior management and drive best HR practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including policies, governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Advise senior leadership on UAE Labour Law, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Manage payroll processes, performance management systems, and internal HR frameworks
  • Act as a trusted HR business partner across all departments
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee operational HR delivery while maintaining compliance and consistency

Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker – mandatory
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience within the UAE
  • Proven experience in an HR Manager role, preferably within consultancy or professional services
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, HR compliance, and operational HR management
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or ISO 9001 Auditor are an added advantage
