Al Mariah United Group is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join its growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with a strong background in the transport or logistics industry and a thorough understanding of UAE labour regulations and workforce management.
The selected candidate will oversee the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance. The role also requires supporting operational teams, managing workforce planning, and contributing to the organization’s long-term HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll processes, disciplinary matters, and employee records.
• Support the recruitment and retention of drivers, operations personnel, and other transport-sector employees.
• Advise management on HR strategies, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the transport, logistics, fleet, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce, including drivers and operational staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
• Male candidates are preferred.
