AX Capital is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled HR professional with strong leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of UAE human resources practices, employee relations, and labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and have a proven track record of managing HR operations. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Support organizational growth through strategic HR planning.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
