ADCI Group is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in recruitment, payroll management, and HR operations, with preference given to professionals who have worked in agriculture or farming-related environments.
The selected candidate will manage key HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment processes, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and WPS management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee salary processing.
• Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) processes and related documentation.
• Support complete employee lifecycle activities from hiring to employee separation.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Support HR operations and provide administrative assistance as required.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Experience hiring for agriculture or farming-related positions is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with WPS (Wage Protection System) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
