Description:

J&T Express is currently hiring an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join its growing operations team in Abu Dhabi. The company is seeking a motivated HR professional who can efficiently manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, compliance matters, and administrative support within a fast-paced logistics and operations environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong UAE Human Resources experience who are capable of handling employee relations, HR documentation, visa coordination, and operational support while maintaining professional communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in line with company policies

• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and database systems accurately

• Coordinate visa processing, labour procedures, and immigration-related activities

• Manage vendor coordination and support invoice processing activities

• Assist in handling employee relations, workplace concerns, and HR compliance matters

• Support regional HR operations and administrative activities

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee and company records

• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related processes and approvals

• Assist in implementing HR policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience within the UAE

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and administrative coordination

• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Candidates must currently be available inside the UAE

• Good organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
