HR Executive

We are looking for two HR Executives (female candidates) to join our teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Preference will be given to candidates currently on a Spouse Visa. The role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities
• Manage HR operations, documentation, and HRMS systems
• Support payroll and attendance management
• Coordinate UAE visa processes for employees
• Assist with employee relations and workplace communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE
• Must be on a Spouse Visa
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Experience in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects preferred
