The role involves managing complete HR functions across multiple supermarket branches while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Manage HR activities across multiple retail branches efficiently
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately
• Support performance management, employee relations, and staff coordination
• Assist management with HR planning and workforce requirements
The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience within the supermarket, hypermarket, or retail industry in the UAE and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
