Eye Witness Technical Services LLC is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR & Document Assistant to support our daily office operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and administrative skills and be capable of handling staff coordination, document management, and hiring support.
Candidates with their own visa or sponsored visa (husband/family sponsorship) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
- Support hiring and onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, files, and company documents properly.
- Coordinate with staff regarding visa, Emirates ID, and labour-related documents.
- Prepare letters, reports, and general office documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic client communication professionally.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative and HR tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and tracking of company and employee documents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or document control is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Candidates with own visa or sponsored visa are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
