Role Overview
JMC Group in Sharjah is seeking an HR Coordinator to handle the full spectrum of daily HR operations, with a strong focus on manpower coordination and employee support. You will act as the bridge between management, workers, and clients, making sure every hire is documented correctly, onboarded smoothly, and supported throughout their employment lifecycle. This role matters because it keeps recruitment and compliance running on time, so the business can meet client demands without administrative friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, verifying documents, and completing job offers for both new and replacement staff.
- Manage employee documentation: preparing labour contracts, visa processing paperwork, medical and insurance forms, and maintaining accurate personnel files for audit readiness.
- Support onboarding and offboarding: conducting inductions, arranging medical checks and biometric registration, and ensuring exit clearance procedures are completed properly.
- Monitor attendance and leave records: tracking daily attendance, leave balances, and overtime in Excel, and sharing reports with payroll for accurate processing.
- Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance: keeping updated on labour regulations, renewing visas and labour cards on time, and advising management on any compliance gaps.
- Act as a point of contact for employees: resolving grievances, answering HR-related questions, and escalating serious issues to senior management when needed.
- Coordinate with client companies: confirming manpower requirements, arranging deployment schedules, and updating client HR teams on worker status changes.
- Maintain HR dashboards: updating headcount, recruitment pipeline, and contract expiry trackers to support business planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of UAE-based experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or an equivalent HR coordinator role.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken, as mandatory language requirements.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and standard HR procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and Word for document preparation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage shifting operational demands.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
