Job Description
HR Responsibilities:
• Implement company’s HR Policies and procedures.
• Handle HR operations: leaves, settlements, transfers, exits … etc.
• Manpower planning.
• Recruitment and Selection: sourcing, interviewing up to issuing offer letters including onboarding.
• Time, attendance and Payroll.
• Performance management and appraisals of all levels of employees.
• Insurances of the company including Medical, engineering, Workmen’s compensation and others.
Administration Responsibilities:
• Handling company accommodation.
• Visa section including MOHRE, Immigration.
• Government relations: handling renewals, licenses, registrations and certificates.
• Controlling company transportation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in HR Administration
Preferably with experience in construction companies
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance
