Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at our premises in Ngong Town. You will be responsible for cleaning guest or residential areas, common spaces, and supporting laundry operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests or residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces to a high standard.

  • Change bed linens, make beds, and restock toiletries and amenities as required.

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust rooms and common areas regularly.

  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure a safe and functional environment.

  • Follow hotel or facility hygiene and cleaning protocols strictly.

  • Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and staff uniforms.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Provide prompt, courteous service by addressing guest or client needs and requests.

  • Keep cleaning equipment and supplies well‑maintained and organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organization.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Basic communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for long hours.
