Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a professional and highly organized Hotel Receptionist to join their team.
The successful candidate will manage front office operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and provide day-to-day administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and efficient reception environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate visitor access and provide administrative support.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 year experience in a receptionist/front office role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
