Description:
La Nina Restaurant in Dubai is seeking a friendly, well-presented, and professional Hostess to join its front-of-house team. The role requires a customer-focused individual who can deliver a welcoming dining experience in a high-energy and fast-paced restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles. The position demands excellent organizational ability, professionalism, and the capability to manage guest interactions smoothly and efficiently.
Due to the concept and specific requirements of the role, only European and Latino candidates will be considered for this opportunity. Additionally, only candidates currently based in Dubai will be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Ensure smooth coordination of guest flow within the restaurant
• Assist in maintaining a positive dining experience for all customers
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient table turnover
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception area
Requirements:
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Only European and Latino candidates will be considered for this role
