Description:
Medeor Hospital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Manager to oversee and manage pharmacy operations within the hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmaceutical services aligned with UAE healthcare standards.
This role requires strong leadership experience in hospital pharmacy settings along with in-depth knowledge of regulatory and operational frameworks in the UAE healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hospital pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare and pharmacy regulations
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory and procurement processes
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure effective workflow
• Coordinate with medical teams for safe medication management
• Maintain quality control and patient safety standards
• Implement best practices in hospital pharmacy services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility required
• 7–10 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience is required
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and compliance
