Electrician | Gypsum Carpenter | Painter | Duct Man | AC Technician | Finishing Carpenter
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duties according to the requirements of the assigned trade.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical and shop drawings where required.
• Carry out installation, maintenance, repairs, and finishing tasks efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Follow company procedures and site safety regulations.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship on all assigned projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience (Finishing Carpenter: Minimum 10 years).
• UAE interior fit-out experience is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings where applicable.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working effectively within a team.
• Salary will be discussed during the interview based on qualifications and experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, and UAE electrical safety standards (Electrician)
• Gypsum ceiling, partition, drywall installation, and finishing techniques (Gypsum Carpenter)
• Surface preparation, putty application, sanding, decorative, and finishing paints (Painter)
• Duct fabrication, installation, insulation, HVAC layout drawings, and site modifications (Duct Man)
• Installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Split, Package, and VRF HVAC systems (AC Technician)
• Joinery fabrication, assembly, finishing carpentry, and installation of doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, and other joinery works (Finishing Carpenter)
