Key Responsibilities (Role-Based):
• Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical services in respective specialties.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient treatment plans effectively.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide rehabilitation, therapeutic, and preventive care services as required.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support patient recovery and improve overall health outcomes.
• Participate in continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient care services.
Requirements:
• Experience in LTC, ICU, or inpatient care within the UAE (for Allied Health roles).
• Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH transferable license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant medical or healthcare field.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare delivery.
