AQAR Landscape LLC is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead its Maintenance Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscape maintenance operations, team leadership, and managing large-scale projects within the landscaping industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth through maintenance contracts. UAE landscape industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Landscape Maintenance Division.
• Oversee large-scale landscape maintenance projects and ensure efficient operations.
• Manage, guide, and develop maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support business development activities for maintenance contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of experience in landscape maintenance operations.
• Strong experience managing large-scale landscape projects and teams.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in business development for maintenance contracts.
• UAE landscape industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices and operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
