Description:
Latinum HR Solutions is hiring an experienced and visionary Head of Finance for one of its prestigious clients based in Dubai. This role is designed for a high-caliber finance professional who can lead strategic financial planning, governance, and organizational growth at a senior executive level.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex financial structures, driving profitability, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals seeking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic UAE-based corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and execution across the organization
• Manage large finance teams and oversee complex corporate financial structures
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management practices
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC financial regulations and reporting standards
• Support business expansion and investment decision-making processes
Requirements:
• 12–18 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification preferred
• Proven experience in managing large finance teams and corporate structures
• Strong exposure to UAE and GCC markets is mandatory
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• Corporate finance and financial strategy
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• UAE/GCC financial regulations and compliance
• Team leadership and organizational governance
