Guest Service Agent

ACT Hotel and 72 Hotel in Sharjah are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join their hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, delivering exceptional service, and working in a dynamic hotel environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable stay by providing efficient and friendly front-line service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries professionally
• Assist guests with requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance and attitude
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:
