Description:
A well-established Holiday Homes company in Dubai is currently looking for a skilled and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join its growing team. The company is seeking a professional who can confidently manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth, high-quality hospitality experience for all clients.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the holiday homes or hospitality sector and should be able to handle guest communications, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong service standards. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest check-in, check-out, and overall stay experience in a professional manner
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain clear communication with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Provide accurate information regarding properties, services, and facilities
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction levels
• Support daily operational activities within holiday home management
• Maintain proper records of guest interactions and feedback
• Ensure all services comply with company hospitality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes as a Guest Relations Officer
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent guest handling and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
