Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join its Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high service standards that define the Rixos hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests professionally and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with guests to ensure memorable hospitality experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate guest records and support daily front desk operations.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
