Description:
A client in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead and oversee Human Resources operations across the organization. This position is best suited for an HR professional with a strong background in the 3PL, logistics, or transportation sector and experience managing a large blue-collar workforce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, supporting workforce management, and leading HR teams to achieve organizational goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage group-wide Human Resources operations.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle and workforce management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Manage HR functions for a large blue-collar workforce.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the 3PL, Logistics, or Transportation industry.
• Experience managing a large blue-collar workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
