Ground Operation Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, smart, and hands-on Ground Operation Assistant to support the daily operations of our holiday homes business. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams.
- Taking reports of property inspections before guest arrival and after departure
- Ensure apartments are clean, stocked, and ready for guests
- Coordinate with the building management
Guest Support
- Assist with guest requests during stays
- Handle urgent on-ground issues professionally and quickly
- Support smooth guest experience from arrival to departure
Maintenance & Inventory
- Report repair issues and follow up until resolved
- Monitor furniture, appliances, and apartment condition
- Manage stock of toiletries, linens, kitchen items, and supplies
Team Coordination
- Communicate with office/admin team regarding bookings and updates
- Work with drivers, cleaners, technicians, and suppliers
- Share daily operations reports
Requirements
- Experience in operations, hospitality, holiday homes, hotel, or property management preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Dubai locations and navigation
- Organized, responsible, and able to solve problems independently
- Flexible with timings when required
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
- Education above hight school is a plus.
