This is an entry-level graduate development position designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in a specific business discipline. Based on your chosen track, you will support daily operations in areas such as procurement, supply chain, finance, accounting, information technology, or commercial functions. You will work alongside experienced professionals, take on real responsibilities from the start, and receive structured exposure to the inner workings of the business while contributing to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist your assigned department with day-to-day operational tasks, data entry, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses that inform decision-making in your relevant functional area.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help coordinate activities such as vendor communication, financial reconciliations, system updates, or supply tracking, depending on your track.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn and apply relevant software tools, internal systems, and standard operating procedures to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Take on ad-hoc project assignments that expose you to cross-functional collaboration and broaden your understanding of how different parts of the organization work together.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings, actively asking questions and demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Sales, or another directly relevant field depending on the chosen career track.
- Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to start their career in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- A strong and demonstrable interest in building a long-term career in the selected functional area, with a clear understanding of what the role entails.
- Excellent learning ability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively in a team and interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.
- A positive, professional demeanour, a willingness to ask for feedback, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
- Basic proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
