Description:

AIMS Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Google Sheets Automation Specialist (MIS Executive) to support its Operations, HR, and Finance teams. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in data management, automation, and reporting who can improve business processes through efficient use of Google Sheets and analytical tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, developing automated reports, and providing valuable insights that support business decisions. The role also requires close collaboration with multiple departments to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update business data across Google Sheets and internal systems.

• Develop automated reports and streamline reporting processes for various departments.

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports.

• Analyze operational data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.

• Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to meet reporting requirements.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across reporting platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.

• Candidates must currently be residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Advanced Google Sheets automation.

• VLOOKUP, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, and FILTER functions.

• Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis techniques.
