Description:
Sentient by Elysian is seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Lead for an exciting three-month project based in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in leading teams and delivering innovative projects within the events, exhibitions, experiential design, or immersive technology industry.
The successful candidate will oversee the creative direction of the project, guide the creative team, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards while adhering to project timelines. Candidates should also be available to work from the office several days each week as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative team throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Develop innovative concepts and creative solutions for project deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide creative direction and support throughout the design and execution process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the events, exhibitions, experiential design, or immersive technology industry.
• Strong creative leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple creative initiatives and meet project deadlines.
• Availability to work from the Dubai office 3–4 days per week or as required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
