Description:
White Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in restaurant operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring high service standards, managing budgets, and driving overall business performance. Experience in diverse dining concepts such as Korean restaurants, premium steakhouses, and food truck operations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across outlets
• Lead, train, and manage restaurant and service teams

• Monitor inventory, quality, and supplier coordination
• Drive business growth and performance improvement strategies
• Maintain compliance with hygiene and hospitality standards

• Knowledge of high-end dining or specialty restaurant concepts is an advantage
