Fleet Supervisor

A company in Dubai is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage and oversee its vehicle operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational capabilities and hands-on experience in fleet management, particularly within the medical equipment supplies sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, and compliance of all company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Operations Management:
• Oversee daily activities related to company vehicles and ensure efficient utilization
• Allocate vehicles appropriately based on operational needs

• Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs:
• Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and inspections to maintain vehicle performance
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards

• Driver Supervision:
• Manage and supervise drivers, including assigning routes and responsibilities
• Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies

• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of insurance, registration, and RTA documentation
• Ensure all renewals and inspections are completed on time

• Tracking & Monitoring:
• Utilize GPS systems to monitor vehicle movement and performance
• Track usage and optimize routes for efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fleet management, preferably within the medical equipment supplies industry

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, operations, and regulatory compliance

Key Skills:

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination
