Description:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Fitness Manager to take charge of operations at a premium fitness club in Dubai. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in leadership, excels in team management, and is committed to delivering exceptional fitness results and member experiences. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of the fitness department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness department to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of personal trainers to achieve high performance and professional growth
• Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive and engaging member experience
• Design, implement, and monitor fitness programs and personal training strategies tailored to client needs
• Track team targets, KPIs, and overall performance to drive revenue growth and improve client retention
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in personal training within the UAE fitness industry
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team of fitness professionals
• Strong understanding of fitness programs, client transformation techniques, and member engagement strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive team productivity, revenue generation, and long-term client retention
