AUJAN Interior Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive construction professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The successful candidate will supervise daily fit-out activities, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, monitor workmanship, and ensure all work complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities on site.
• Manage and allocate manpower according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry, and joinery works.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to prevent clashes and minimize rework.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and material usage.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements.
• Monitor daily progress and submit site status reports to management.
• Assist with snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or Foreman.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out methods.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Experience managing site workers and coordinating multiple trades.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination.
• UAE experience in interior fit-out is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
