Description:
A leading real estate company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Professional to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS reporting, and accounting operations who can contribute to informed business decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, analyzing financial data, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and auditors. Candidates who are available for immediate joining are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards to support business decisions.
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful business insights.
• Perform month-end and year-end book closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and complete account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
