Finance & Accounts Executive

Skyline Builders Real Estate LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-focused Finance & Accounts Executive to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid accounting expertise, hands-on experience in real estate or project accounting, and the ability to independently manage financial operations.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling project accounting activities, and supporting the organization’s financial processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations independently.

• Handle RERA-related accounting activities, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants while ensuring audit recommendations are implemented on time.

• Oversee project accounting, project completion procedures, and the closing of financial books.

• Review accounting records, financial transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

• Manage customer accounts, receivables, and account reconciliation processes.

• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with applicable financial regulations.

• Process and monitor financial transactions efficiently while meeting reporting deadlines.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

• Mandatory UAE work experience.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting principles and financial reporting.

• RERA compliance and real estate accounting.

• Project accounting, reconciliations, and financial record management.
